Dhaqane does not operate online check-in. Our staff check you in at the counter, print your boarding pass, and walk you through the gate. As it should be.
International flights
Counter opens
Three hours before departure for international flights. Be at the airport in time for queues at security and immigration.
Counter closes
Sixty minutes before departure. Late arrivals cannot be accepted on international sectors.
Gate closes
Boarding gate shuts thirty minutes before departure.
Domestic flights
Counter opens
Two hours before departure for domestic flights.
Counter closes (with bags)
Forty-five minutes before departure with hold baggage. Be in line before this.
Gate closes
Boarding gate shuts twenty minutes before departure.
We recommend you arrive by the counter open time. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated. Our turnaround discipline is how we keep the whole schedule running on time.
Carry the right papers.
International flights
Valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining from the date of travel. Check visa requirements with the destination embassy before booking.
Domestic flights
National ID card or passport accepted for travel within Somalia. Children under 18 should travel with a parent or guardian's written consent.
Health requirements
No vaccination or test certificates are required on our current routes. This may change. Check the latest guidance for your destination before travel.

Wheelchair & mobility
Wheelchair assistance from check-in through to your seat. Priority boarding and accessible seating available at no extra charge.
Medical conditions
Contact us before booking if a medical condition may affect your ability to fly. We'll advise on any medical clearance or onboard support required.
What you cannot bring.
For the safety of every passenger, crew member, and the aircraft, certain items are prohibited in both checked and cabin baggage.
